Paine College earns grant from Reinvestment Fund’s HBCU Brilliance Initiative

Reinvestment Fund, a national Community Development Financial Institution, announced Wednesday that Paine College and 10 other Historically Black Colleges and Universities are among the first to benefit from a new grant program.
