WARREN, R.I. (WLNE) — ICE agents swarmed a car in Warren Tuesday , leaving some community members shaken, calling the arrest “un-American.”

Warren resident Corinne Kelly was out driving with her partner when she saw it happen.

“We stopped at a stop sign and then saw another car across from us stopped,” she said. “And then about half a dozen vehicles came up and swarmed him.”

Kelly said she immediately pulled out her phone and started taking a video, which can be viewed in the story above.

“The ICE officers took him out of his car and pushed him down,” Kelly said. “And put him in another car and drove away.”

Witnesses told ABC6 they first saw agents outside of Blount Fine Foods, following a car as it pulled out onto Water Street.
