Mizzou’s first high-major test is on deck.

Missouri men’s basketball will play its fourth game of the 2025-26 season on Wednesday night at Mizzou Arena, where the Tigers will take on Minnesota for its first game against a Power-conference opponent this year.

Mizzou (3-0) beat Virginia Military Institute on Sunday to cap an undefeated opening week, which also included a road win over Howard and a narrow home victory against Southeast Missouri State.

Minnesota (2-0) has opened head coach Niko Medved’s first season at the helm of the Golden Gophers with comfortable wins over Gardner Webb and Alcorn State.

The matchup will be the return leg of a home-and-home series. Mizzou won the first matchup between the teams, beating Minnesota with a massive second-half comeback win in November 202
