PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University's (WSU) athletic director, Anne McCoy, is stepping down after two years in the role. McCoy, who has been with WSU since 2001, was appointed by former President Kirk Schulz, who retired last year.
The reasons behind her departure remain unclear. During her tenure, McCoy made significant strides, including securing a media rights agreement with the CW Network and FOX as the PAC-12 faced challenges.
SWX is looking into the situation, and will have more information to share as it becomes available.
