COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Housing has announced the appointment of Jessica Anderson Preston as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Preston, who brings 25 years of experience in housing leadership, previously served as CEO of the Housing Authority of Prince George’s County, Maryland, and has led housing authorities in Rockville and Largo, Maryland.

Preston was selected from a group of five finalists following a nationwide search to fill the position vacated earlier this year by Yvonda Bean . She will officially begin her new role on November 24, 2025.
