A Montgomery County council member says a federal agent grabbed her arm while she was recording video of federal agents behind a shopping center in Prince George's County.
Councilmember Kristin Mink says she was looking for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement activity in the area when she witnessed someone being detained. That's when she says she grabbed her phone and started recording.

In the video shared with News4 by Mink, federal agents and their vehicles can be seen. Seconds into the clip, two of the agents are seen confronting Mink, who was recording with her phone.
“Didn't I tell you about that? Get away. Stay where you are,” an agent can be heard saying to Mink.
