Vivian and Thomas Wong's fingerprints have been all over Greenville for more than 60 years, but you will rarely see their names... until now.

On Veterans Day 2025, the ribbon was cut on the "Thomas and Vivian A. Wong Honor Tower" in Unity Park. (click here to see the ceremony)
It's the first observation tower built in the United States in 25 years, and it's the exclamation point on the city's newest park.
The ten-story tower will be a place to remember and to celebrate first responders, military members, and veterans. It sits between two once segregated parks, a tower of Unity.
