FIRST QUARTER
■ What happened: Toledo’s defense forced a turnover on downs on the game’s opening drive, but quarterback Tucker Gleason threw two interceptions to keep the game scoreless.
■ Analysis: The Rockets have been able to move the ball down the field with running back Chip Trayanum and wide receiver Trayvon Rudolph making big plays. The turnovers that have plagued Toledo on the road reared their ugly head, and the Rockets were unable to take advantage of Miami’s ineptness on offense in the quarter with backup quarterback Henry Hesson.
