ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Santa Fe officials are now accepting applications for a shop inside the airport terminal.
Officials say ten entrepreneurs have already applied to the space, which is 190 square feet, following a recent walkthrough that drew 30 visitors.
The city hopes the new store will showcase Santa Fe-inspired products from local makers or artisan-focused businesses looking to gain exposure to hundreds of travelers daily.
Rent for the space starts at just under $400 a month. Officials say the space is available under a five-year lease.
Applications are due by 3 p.m. on Dec. 5.
