Actor James Van Der Beek is parting with cherished memorabilia from his career to help pay medical bills as he , auctioning items from "Dawson's Creek" and "Varsity Blues" through a London-based auction house.

Van Der Beek, 48, is teaming with Propstore to auction props and wardrobe from his television and film work, with all proceeds going to his medical fees, according to magazine. The , which runs from Dec. 5 to Dec. 7.
