BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - We were able to see the northern lights again Wednesday night. They didn’t seem to be as vibrant or visible as last night, however, it was still a cool sight for those who caught a glimpse. Thanks for sending your pictures in to the First Alert Weather App. Scroll below to swipe through images of the northern lights from viewers across the state!
THE NEXT 24 HOURS: The good news is the weather will stay very quiet this week. There’s a chance for patchy or dense fog overnight, so be sure to give yourself extra drive time and use low beams when driving through fog. Temperatures will remain above freezing with lows in the 40s. Thursday will feature more nice weather with a big warmup into the 70s.
THE NEXT BIG THING: Dry weather will continue through the week
