OMAHA, Neb. —
There's a new warning for parents as a recall of infant formula linked to a botulism outbreak has been expanded.
Nebraska DHHS said that recall now includes all ByHeart whole nutrition formula.
The department said 15 reported cases of infant botulism nationwide have been linked to the product.
There are no cases in Nebraska or Iowa and no reported deaths.
The expanded recall included all unexpired formula cans and single-serve "anywhere" sticks in Nebraska.
The products are sold at Walmart, Target, and Whole Foods.
