Indiana State Police introduced new state trooper cars with a fresh look on Wednesday, October 22.

The updated vehicles were issued to the 20 members of the 87th Recruit Academy. These Durangos are the first to feature the new design.

Indiana State Police said the color scheme is a salute to the past.
