AVON, Ohio — A portion of Route 611 was closed in Avon early Thursday morning after stolen vehicles had crashed in the area -- and now the Ohio State Highway Patrol says two people have been arrested in connection with the incident.

The vehicles, which were Dodge and Chevy models, were operating without license plates or dealer tags, according to the OSHP. All drivers were also reportedly wearing ski masks.
As more law enforcement units were dispatched, authorities say the suspects exited at Route 611.
