Amidst tight security arrangements following the blast in Delhi, Delhi Police on Thursday issued an advisory for passengers. It has asked passengers to arrive early to avoid delays caused by security checks at railway stations, metro stations, and airports.

Delhi's Joint Police Commissioner Milind Dumbare stated in the advisory that security has been increased in Delhi. Passengers are being checked at railway stations, metro stations, and airports. Therefore, passengers traveling by train should reach the station at least one hour before the train's departure time.

The advisory advises people traveling by Delhi Metro to arrive 20 minutes early and passengers traveling by flight to reach the airport at least three hours in advance.
