NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WXIX) - A driver is accused of fleeing police in a stolen vehicle with two juvenile passengers, court records show.
It happened Wednesday on Goodman Avenue in North College Hill, police wrote in a criminal complaint.
After fleeing a traffic stop, Keir Harrell is accused of parking the car, getting out and running off with the two juveniles, according to court filings.
Police apprehended all three.
Harrell is held without bond at the Hamilton County jail on charges of receiving stolen property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and obstructing official business.
He is scheduled to face a judge at 9 a.m. Thursday.
