As medics across England gear up to strike from 7am tomorrow (November 14) over pay disputes and a lack of training placements, there's some confusion as to why not all are choosing to join the industrial action. The British Medical Association has organised the five-day strike, set to conclude on 19 November, in hopes of securing better pay and working conditions.
However, one medic has urged his colleagues not to judge those who opt out of the strikes, as they may have valid reasons for doing so.
