Three men were convicted in a 2022 road rage case where a woman was chased through Sparks and shot at, the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office said.

Jeremiah Tate, 28, Jordon Martinez, 32, and Jarred Martinez, 29, were found guilty on all charges after a jury trial. They were convicted of two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of shooting at a vehicle and two counts of shooting from a vehicle. Tate was also convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Sparks police responded to the area of Winery Drive and Sparks Boulevard on Nov. 28, 2022, after a 43-year-old woman reported that the men were following her and had fired twice at her car while she was still on the phone with dispatch. Officers tracked her location as she tried to get away.
