CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) —Police say they’ve arrested three underage teens in connection with a vandalism case at an East Valley elementary school nearly one month ago.
Chandler police said Thursday that it has arrested a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old boy, as well as a 14-year-old girl, who were booked into jail on charges of burglary, criminal damage and interference with an educational institution.
Authorities said the break-in happened at Conley Elementary School , southeast of Frye Road and Pennington Drive, on Oct. 15 at around 1:30 a.m.
Surveillance footage showed the suspects entering the classroom and destroying several laptops and tablets by smashing them onto the ground. In addition, police said they broke into two storage sheds and scattered sports equipment across the play
