One person is dead after two trucks collided on Highway 401, shutting down the eastbound lanes in the Drumbo area, east of London, for several hours, Ontario Provincial Police in Oxford County said.
Police said the crash occurred around 7 a.m. on Thursday when one commercial truck heading east struck another from behind near County Road 29.

The driver of one of the trucks, a 26-year-old man from Brampton, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The other driver wasn’t hurt.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
