OPP Charge Driver Nearly 3 Months After Fatal Seaforth Collision

One charge has been laid, nearly three months after a fatal collision in Seaforth.

Huron OPP say a pedestrian was struck along Main Street on August 22nd, sustaining life threatening injuries before being pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The deceased was a 77 year old Huron East resident.

Careless Driving Cause Death – Section 130(3) of the Highway Traffic Act.
