A Walpole Island man, arrested after Lambton OPP officers found drugs and weapons while raiding his home, was sentenced Thursday to 2 1/2 years in prison.
The court heard Windy Riley, 43, was arrested on March 31, 2023 shortly before 5 a.m. outside his Austin Road home. He was standing in the driveway near a running Pontiac Grand Prix and police found more than 11 grams of fentanyl on him in three bags along with other drugs and $2,400 in cash. In the house, police found three rifles, two sawed-off shotguns and ammunition.
