Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves has released his fiscal year 2027 executive budget recommendations, highlighting an agenda he believes would greatly benefit the state.

Through the legislature, which is set to reconvene in January, the governor is looking to continue major economic development efforts, train Mississippians for the jobs of the future, improve mental health outcomes, enhance public safety, support local courts, and maintain recent education gains.
