The 2025 Novant Health Charlotte Marathon is this weekend and the race will cause major streets to be closed throughout Saturday morning and into the afternoon.
The marathon begins at 7:20 a.m. in Uptown with the 5K starting at 7:35 a.m.
Below are the roads that closed Friday and will remain closed until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday:
West Fourth Street between South Graham Street and South Poplar Street
South Mint Street between West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Trade Street
South Tryon Street between West Fourth Street and West Brooklyn Village Avenue will be closed Saturday from 4-10:30 a.m.
These road closures will impact busy Charlotte neighborhoods, including Myers Park, South End, Dilworth, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood.
