MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Watertown Tourism made a generous contribution to support the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall Project.

The organization donated $5,000 for the memorial, which will honor those who have served and sacrificed during the Vietnam War.

Located at Aero Park near the Watertown Municipal Airport, the wall will stretch 320 feet and have more than 58,000 names of Americans who gave their lives to their country.

Watertown Tourism Director Robin Kaufmann said the mission of this project aligns with the organization’s grant funding.
