BREWER, Maine (WABI) - The annual TownSquare Media “Free the Z” Turkey Drive kicks off Tuesday morning in the Hannaford parking lot in Brewer.

Both monetary and turkey donations will be accepted to help families have a meal on their Thanksgiving table.

Penquis is hoping to help at least 5,500 families this year.

We here at WABI will take the baton from Z107.3 to host our annual Turkey Telethon on Thursday during our evening newscasts from 4 p.m., to 6:30 p.m.
