OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - What may look like a chore, these boys are volunteering to take on together.
“Anywhere from mowing, we’ll go shovel driveways, sidewalks, we’ll rake their lawn,” says Timmy.
Almost two years ago, 16-year-old Timmy and 11-year-old Vinny Coy took on the “50 Yard challenge”; it opened their eyes to neighbors needing help.
“We didn’t really see that much, people helping. So we decided to put that in our community,” says Vinny.
Alabama resident Rodney Smith Jr. started the nationwide Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service after helping a senior himself.
