The home of former Florida and NFL star Percy Harvin caught on fire earlier this week, according to TMZ .

The house caught fire Thursday night, before firefighters were able to put out the flames, the website reports.

It appears as though no one was seriously injured or harmed in the fire, according to TMZ.

A local law enforcement spokesperson confirmed to the website that Harvin’s house caught on fire on Thursday.

“I can confirm that the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a structure fire at that residence yesterday evening,” the spokesperson told TMZ. "Alachua County Fire Rescue responded and handled the incident while we assisted with evacuating nearby residences and closing the roadway.”
