NAMPA, Idaho — The Nampa Police Department is asking the public's help in locating a vulnerable, missing adult.

Doug, who is 71 years old, has signs of dementia and is easily confused.

According to the police department, he was last seen wearing a black cowboy hat, a black shirt, and a gray shirt underneath, along with blue jeans and boots. He has a short white beard and has a blue handbag.

Police said that Doug was last seen walking in the Nampa area of St. Al’s by Flamingo near Garrity around 3 p.m. today.

The department is asking anyone with information to call Nampa Dispatch at 208-465-2257 option 1.
