OBION COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) - The attorney for accused quadruple murderer Austin Drummond is reappealing a judge’s decision to transfer him to a state prison in West Tennessee.
Friday, a judge denied an appeal filed by Drummond’s attorney, requesting that he stay at the Obion County Jail. The judge ruled Drummond would have to move to a state prison until his trial next year.
Drummond is facing the death penalty for the murder of four Lake County family members: Cortney Rose, Adrianna Williams, Braydon Williams, and James Matthew Wilson.
