University of the Pacific, 49ers unveil education and community partnership

The University of the Pacific and the San Francisco 49ers have launched a multi-year partnership focused on expanding access to higher education and strengthening community engagement across Northern California. Announced at Pacific’s Stockton campus, the collaboration will provide students with new internship and hands-on learning opportunities inside the 49ers organization, including department rotations, meetings with executive leaders, and tailored workshops. Team staff will also be able to enroll in Pacific’s degree and professional development programs. Leaders say the goal is to build real-world career pathways while deepening community outreach.
