GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Week by week, the field has been shrinking in Michigan’s high school football playoffs, and after Saturday, only four teams will remain in each 11-player division.
Three Grand Rapids-area teams punched their state semifinal tickets with wins on Friday, including Lowell, which won its first regional title since 2016, Unity Christian, which is claimed its first regional crown since 2021, and West Catholic, which earned its first regional title since 2022.
