WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — An annual celebration was held in Luzerne County Friday night, raising money for cancer patients.

This year's tribute to courage honoree is retired Air Force Lt. Col. John "Slick" Baum.

The event raises money for the Patient Navigation Program, which helps low-income Pennsylvanians access cancer-related health care services.
