YouTube TV subscribers will once again have access to ESPN, ABC and other Disney-owned channels following a multi-year distribution agreement between The Walt Disney Company and the streaming service.
YouTube TV has about 10 million customers, all of whom had not been able to watch ABC, ESPN and other Disney channels since Oct. 30.
Disney announced Friday night that its full suite of networks and stations has begun to be restored for YouTube TV customers.
The agreement covers Disney’s complete lineup, including all ESPN networks, ABC, Disney-branded channels, Freeform, the FX Networks and the National Geographic channels.
The deal brings additional options for subscribers beyond simply restoring the channels.
