The football postseason is all about making history, and on Friday evening in front of their home crowd, Bridgewater-Raritan inscribed themselves in their school’s lore.
The top-seeded Panthers battled it out against sixth-seeded Bayonne on John Basilone Field and some key defensive plays and a clutch throw gave Bridgewater-Raritan a 21-14 win in the title game of the 2025 NJSIAA/Xfinity Football State Championships North 2, Group 5 playoffs in Bridgewater.
