A controversial proposal for a new glamping site in the Cotswolds , which has been labelled "an unwelcome addition to the area", is due to be decided next week.
Banbury Hill Farm, located north of Charlbury, could see the introduction of 18 camping units, including bell tents, a-frame pods and shepherd huts. The plans also include a café, a reception area, two toilet and shower blocks, a storage barn and parking spaces.
Spellbound Glamping submitted a change of use application for the agricultural field in November 2023.
West Oxfordshire District Council will make a decision on the plans next week, with officers recommending the scheme for refusal.
The plans have not been well-received by locals, with 48 objections lodged.
