SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane Transit bus driver is being praised for her role in reuniting a missing young man with his family.

S-T-A coach operator A.L. was on her morning route when she spotted someone matching the description of Josiah Jennings. Jennings, a young man with autism, had walked away from his home in Airway Heights. Police reported that he took a bus to downtown Spokane.

A.L. stayed with Josiah until officers arrived minutes later and safely returned him home.
