Infosys announced its latest round of performance-linked payouts for the September quarter, issuing bonus letters on Friday to employees across several job levels. The Bengaluru based company, which is also India's second-largest in the IT sector, has granted an average bonus of 75% of the eligible or target amount for the period. Employees told ET that the figure is slightly lower than what was distributed in the previous quarter. According to staff at job level 4, the company has awarded 83% to those rated ‘outstanding’, 78.5% to those marked ‘commendable’, and 75% to employees who ‘met expectations’.
