1TOMS RIVER, NJ – A Superior Court judge has ordered that a Keansburg man charged with murder remain in custody pending trial in connection with the death of a Seaside Heights woman earlier this month.
Prosecutors said 41-year-old Emiliano Davila will stay detained at the Ocean County Jail following a ruling Friday by Judge Dina M. Vicari.
Davila is charged with murder and domestic violence aggravated assault by strangulation in the death of 32-year-old Mary O’Connor of Seaside Heights.
