New Delhi, Nov 15: IndiGo will commence flight operations from the newly inaugurated Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) on December 25, connecting it to 10 cities, including Delhi and Bengaluru.
This airport, the second in the Mumbai area, aims to enhance regional connectivity and support economic growth. PM Modi highlighted its significance in India’s development and reducing congestion at the current international airport, thereby increasing aviation capacity.
NMIA features modern facilities and a long runway for large aircraft, contributing to improved air travel in western India.
