The Princess of Wales has shared a touching message with people throughout the UK in her most recent Instagram post. The Royal mother-of-three has unveiled a new video online as part of Kensington Palace's quarterly Mother Nature series.

The princess initially launched the series during spring as a tribute to the shifting seasons across the UK, reports OK! . Her newest video centres on autumn, which she characterises as a season for "reflection and refinement". Kate also mentions it is a period of the year for "deeper connection".
