A player’s identity goes far beyond the numbers he puts up on the field. Before the Irish came into his life, Jeremiyah Love was already honing his football skills from a great background. Love has been a force all season, racking up 988 rushing yards on 154 carries with a stellar 6.4 yards per carry average and 13 rushing touchdowns. Against Navy, for example, he dazzled with 94 yards and two touchdowns. It also included a highlight-reel 48-yard sprint that he nonchalantly said didn’t even impress him.
His remarkable 2025 campaign has also landed him among the national leaders in scoring and all-purpose yards. He is also an all-around threat with 24 receptions and multiple touchdowns through the air as well as on the ground. Love sits in the top 6 in Notre Dame’s program history for care
