EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police say they are searching for a suspect involved in two separate crashes Friday afternoon.

Officers say they were called to the intersection of Green River Road and Shamrock Drive around 4:40 p.m. for a Hit and Run Accident.

Witnesses told police an orange Ford Edge was driving North on Green River, when it turned right onto Shamrock and hit a motorcyclist in the right lane.

The SUV then drove away from the scene.

Police say the motorcycle driver was ejected from his bike and suffered injuries to his head and arms.

He was taken to the hospital to be treated, but EPD says he refused treatment at the hospital.
