The city of Greeley will launch a new utility portal Tuesday to enable residents to access and pay their utility bills more easily.

The new portal will combine all Greeley Water customers’ bills, water use data and available resources into a single, user-friendly online system. This new portal will help customers save money and water due to the more modern portal updates that allow them to view and manage their water usage easily, according to the city.

The previous utility billing system was more than 20 years old and did not provide the same perks as the new portal.

When the new Greeley Utility Portal launches, the city has asked Greeley Water customers to create a new online account at greeleyco.gov/my-utilities. Old accounts won’t carry over, so anyone who pays bills online must set
