A house in Haddonfield that sold for $2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cherry Hill area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of eight residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $846,639. The average price per square foot was $351.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 3 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 514 Chapel Ave. W in Cherry Hill has new owners. The price was $412,000. The single-family residence was built in 1955 and has a living area of 1,784 square feet. The price per square foot was $231. The deal was finalized on Oct. 21.
