A house in Piscataway that sold for $725,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Piscataway area between Oct. 27 and Nov. 9.

During the past two weeks, a total of 10 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $537,700. The average price per square foot was $320.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 27 to the week of Nov. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

9. $270K, detached house at 25 Academy Street

A 1,206-square-foot single-family house at 25 Academy Street in Piscataway has been sold. The price was $270,000, $224 per square foot. The house was built in 1899. The deal was finalized on Oct. 15.
