BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football defensive end Mikail Kamara was replaced by sophomore Daniel Ndukwe in the first quarter and didn't appear to be available as a substitution. Kamara didn't have his helmet with him on the sideline, often a sign that a player is dealing with an injury.

Ndukwe came into the game having played 36 snaps this season, per Pro Football Focus.

Kamara participated in Senior Day festivities before the game and was in the game for Wisconsin's first drive. The Badgers moved the ball on a 13-play drive that ended with them missing a 44-yard field goal.

Last season, Kamara became the first IU defender with 10 sacks since 2008. He only has one sack this season for the Hoosiers, but leads the team with 40 quarterback pressures, the 11th most in the FBS.
