Narayana Hrudayalaya reported a strong set of numbers for Q2 FY26, with net profit rising 30% year-on-year to ₹258 crore, aided by growth across both its India and Cayman businesses.

Revenue increased 20% YoY to ₹1,644 crore, while EBITDA rose 30% to ₹403 crore, taking the operating margin to 24.5% from 22.6% a year ago.

Shares of the company closed 1.1% lower at ₹1,757 ahead of the results.

India and Cayman businesses continue to scale up

India operations contributed ₹1,234.7 crore in revenue, up 8.8% YoY, supported by higher domestic footfall and a better payor mix. The company also saw improved traction from its clinics, which it said helped support volumes.
