The MSPCA-Angell is seeking information about the owner of a stray, emaciated dog found in Boston, Massachusetts, on Nov. 10.
"Fiyero," the miniature poodle mix, was found on Geneva Avenue in Dorchester, according to officials.

Officials say Fiyero's treatment and recovery will take several weeks.
He will be looked after in the MSPCA-Angell’s Larson Kelly Community Clinic in Boston.
