A house that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Linden in the past week.

During the past week, a total of eight residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $651,238. The average price per square foot was $562.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 3 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,239-square-foot single-family home at 305 W. Elm Street in Linden has been sold. The price was $455,000, $367 per square foot. The house was built in 1954. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
